Who are you?

One day, Jack and Jill Smith (our founders) discovered the joy of making coffee at home. However, over time, they became dissatisfied by the coffee available at the supermarket. So, in 2010, they embarked upon a journey that led to Emporium Coffee Traders, delivering authentic coffee to your cup at home.
Why do you only sell coffee?

We absolutely love the stuff, and believe selling anything else would distract us from our mission of delivering authentic coffee to you at home.
When will my order arrive?

If you placed your order on Monday–Thursday, then we’ll dispatch it the next working day.
If you placed your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then we’ll dispatch it the following Monday.
Once we dispatch your order, it could take 2–3 days to arrive.
There’s something wrong with my order…

Sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible, stating your order number and a short description of the problem, and we’d be more than willing to rectify our mistake.
